Buro Destruct

This blog shows a variety of Buro Destruct's work from these coca-cola adverts with these bright bold, overpowering colours that really capture your attention, to the typography bellow which uses very dull colours.

I like the way the complimentary colours have been used here to make each other really stand out and capture your attention. I also like how there is no text or obvious imagery making you have to think what this could be used for, whether it is an advert, if so what it could be advertising. Or whether they are pieces of art.

These pieces of Buro Destruct's work are completely different to the rest of the work I have shown above with dull dark colours. Also it is unlike the others because these two are typography which has been created by Buro Destruct.

Colour Range

This photograph shows a dress from Stella Mccartney s/s collection. I have created a colour swatch to show the main colours that were used in this photograph. I like how they have a very bright, vibrant dress with colours that really stand out especially against the background of a variety of shades of dull natural colours.

This is another colour swatch of a photograph for Stella Mccartney's s/s
collection using the same colour pallet, however this time in a different way.
This has the bright orange colours in the background/frame of the model and the item (bag) she is advertising. this is then made up of different shades and textures in the form of a snake skin pattern. You are also very drawn to a her blue eyes because blue and orange are complimentary colours, making each other stand out.
